Modular buildings are built in sections in a factory setting, indoors, where they are never subjected to adverse weather conditions. The sections move through the factory, with the company's quality control department checking them after every step. Finished modules are covered for protection, then transported to your home site. They are placed on a pre-made foundation, joined, and completed by an Engelwood Construction crew.

Why go modular?

Because modular buildings are typically built in about 1/3 the time needed to construct a site-built structure, with careful planning you can often be in your new building shortly after selecting it. This is because overall building time is reduced by concurrent site work and home construction. (This also allows for reduced interest on construction financing and less risk). In addition, our highly skilled work force has years of experience in the building industry and works year round within the factory. This means that there are no delays from "no-show subs" or inclement weather as may often be the case with a site-built structure.
